It's also simple to install and use and the app will guide you through the process step-by-step. Another feature that is impressive is the ability to return to where it was when we tested it. It did this for 77 minutes on one cleaning, before running out of battery.
The i3+ EVO is different from the other robot vacuums we tested comes with a self-emptying bin that automatically dumps debris into an external dirt compartment on its charging base when it is full. The i3+ EVO can be prevented from overfilling with a self-emptying bin. However, it must still be manually emptied at the end of each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO dust bin can hold 2.4L which is enough to last four to five cleaning sessions.
The i3+ EVO, just like the i7, utilizes state-of-the-art floor-tracking sensors to create maps. It also lets you navigate in neat rows. However the i3+ EVO only stores one map, whereas the i7 can store multiple. The i7 also has the ability to utilize its map to create no-go zones and virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO can't.
auto vacuum i3+ EVO is more effective of picking up surface debris in comparison to other robovacs that we have examined, but it's not the most effective in cleaning corners and edges. It is also less gentle on furniture, despite being remarkably silent. The Q5 Pro's 240 minute running time is also generous when compared to other 2-in-1 robots that we tested. It did a good job of cleaning carpets during our carpet cleaning evaluation, but it struggled with higher pile carpets and rugs.
